Registration for students new to the district will begin in July 2021 by appointment only. We will begin scheduling appointments on June 21, 2021. Please contact Jennifer Smith by phone at 601-992-2242 or email at Jennifer.firstname.lastname@example.org on or after June 21, 2021. Please note the information REQUIRED below for enrollment. After your enrollment appointment and once enrollment is complete, your child’s information will be given to the appropriate counselor for scheduling purposes, and they will later contact you.
REQUIRED documents for enrollment:
· Birth Certificate
· MS Form 121 Immunization Record
· Social Security Card
· Guardianship Papers if any
· Two Forms of Residency, a lease or mortgage document and a current utility bill. Please note: If a lease is between two people, the lease must be notarized.
· Last report and/or transcript from previous school
We must have all the documents listed above before we can complete enrollment. Guardians/Parents are responsible for providing these documents.
