New Student Registration
Registration for students new to the district will begin in July 2023 by appointment only. Please contact Jennifer Smith by phone at 601-992-2242 or email at Jennifer.email@example.com for more information or with any questions.
Please note the information REQUIRED below for enrollment. Once all completed documents are turned in and once enrollment is process, your child’s information will be given to the appropriate counselor for scheduling purposes, and they will later contact you.
REQUIRED documents for enrollment:
· Birth Certificate
· MS Form 121 Immunization Record
· Social Security Card
· Guardianship Papers if any
· Two Forms of Residency, a lease or mortgage document and a current utility bill. Please note: If a lease is between two people, the lease must be notarized. If you are living with someone and the lease or mortgage is not in your name, you will have to complete the affidavit process at the district office.
· Last report and/or transcript as well as a discipline record from the previous school.
We must have all the documents listed above before we can complete enrollment. Guardians/Parents are responsible for providing these documents.
