Mr. Bennett has 26 years experience as a Mississippi Educator, and has served in multiple roles including teaching, coaching, and counseling. This is his 8th year at NWR. He is a 2x graduate of Mississippi State University. Mr. Bennett has been married to his wife, Rebecca for 15 years and they have 2 daughters.

Brian Wesley Harrington is a passionate and perceptive educator with a desire to see all his students be their best selves socially, emotionally and academically. Prior to coming to Northwest Rankin High School, he served as an English teacher, community mental health professional and school counselor. Mr. Harrington earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tougaloo College and a Masters in School Counseling from Mississippi College, and he is also a National Certified School Counselor.

Leslie grew up in Brandon, MS where she currently lives with her husband Neil and their four children, Little Neil (16), Macee (15), Farrah (9) and Ty (8).
Prior to coming to Northwest Rankin High School as a School Counselor, Leslie has worked as a teacher, community college instructor, and mental health professional. Leslie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Health Sciences and a master’s degree from Capella University in School Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor and looks forward to helping students achieve their goals at Northwest Rankin High School.

N'yana Marsh, a proud graduate of Northwest Rankin High School, received both her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Masters of Counselor Education from the University of Mississippi. She is excited to be a part of NWRH and eager to help students develop their careers, academics, and social/emotional skills.
